Yes, we only sell 100% authentic products. We buy all of our Tarot & Oracle decks directly from the creator and/or publisher. We do not support fake products.

All decks are NEW unless stated in the listing. There are some decks that do not come sealed from the creator/publisher, so unsealed decks do not necessarily mean that the decks are used. Decks that do not come sealed will be labeled in the description.

We have a separate page for selling used or damaged decks and the lower prices will clearly reflect that these are not new decks.

If the listing does not say used or damaged decks, then the decks are NEW.

We will try to restock our shop as often as possible unless the item is out of print then we cannot guarantee that we will get any more.

At the moment, we don't accept pre-orders or advance payments for pre-orders since most of our decks are imported, we usually don't know the exact price until they arrive in our shop. Therefore, it makes pricing the item difficult and we won't list the price until we are certain of the actual cost.

Of course, please contact us with details of the product and we'll try our best to get them for you.

Please get in touch with the details of your deck and information about your wholesale prices. We may not be able to carry your deck right away, due to our limited budget, but we will try our best to carry as many decks as possible.

The majority of our decks are shipped from Thailand, but we may have some decks leftover in our inventory in the US. Therefore, depending on where you are located, we will choose the location that gives you the best shipping rates.

We try to ship out within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday.) We do not ship out on Holidays, except for certain special requests. If there are delays in your shipment, we will notify you by email.

Once your order has been shipped out, you should receive an email along with tracking info. Although, it may take some time for the tracking to enter the system.

We ship worldwide, except for countries that are currently restricted. If you don't see your country listed during checkout, please contact us and we will add the rates for your country. But please be aware of high international shipping charges and other delays.

• For orders shipped from our warehouse in Thailand, we use Thailand Post for both domestic and international orders.
• For orders shipped from our US warehouse, we ship via United States Postal Service.

You may incur import duties, taxes, or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. You will be responsible for paying these charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
